I have a question, I own a N52B25 2007 BMW Z4 with 177HP. I have read a sentence like this
"N52B25U1 (2005 – 2008) is a basic engine with decreased level of HP with the help of intake manifold"
So I understand that the biggest problem with power shortage is the intake manifold, other engines have 204 and 218 Power with the same 2,5L engine. Is it possible to change the intake manifold from the higher HP units and have more power on mine 177HP version?
Anyone done that? Maybe you have other ideas of power increase in this engine? Exhaust? Cat removal? Frankly speaking I am dissapointed with the power in my car and want to change this, maybe 15 or 25HP gain is not much but with the light car like Z4 It would make a slight difference.
