More power for e89 28i

Hi I have a e89 28i it has a stage 1 remap and I’m thinking about reliable ways of getting more power has anyone had a upgraded turbo fitted if so what should I be looking at and what sort of bhp could it run

It’s a law of finishing returns…

You can get the uprated Mitsubishi turbo unit which is plug n play..a sports cat, a decent FMIC, an uprated HPFP..so this will all add around 30-35 BHP over a stock re-map…ie 305 BHP vs 270 BHP typically ..

Lots of fine details..biggest issue is finding a tuner who can tweak that new configuration..

If it’s an auto you’ve got about as far as you can…450nm is the torque limit on the E89 ZF8HP..
