First day back at work after being on hol for a week halfway there and tyre pressure warning - bahhh

With luck it will be the rear tyre I want to replace anyway - stopped checked and it's a nice big nail in the rear tyre - but not the one that needs replacing

Sitting in Kwik Fit - waiting for the ' can't repair this sir' tale of woe

As I thought even though the nail is at least 70mm from the edge - ok then give me two new tyres and I will take the one with the nail in it home with me thank you very much

.... Two minutes later - oh we can repair this after all sir - !!

Will count this as a positive :cry:

You must be taking the wrong line through the corners as Phil & I managed to miss the nail and we were in front of you all morning :poke:

And Kwik-fit ?... I'd have to be within pushing distance to let them look at my motor !

Glad it worked out cheap in the end !

It was the OSR!

Know what you mean with Kwikfit but when you are not on run flats and there is 2 inches of nail hanging out the middle of your tyre choice is limited I'm afraid :cry:

Not be the first time I've rolled into an Indy tyre place with a puncture to find out all they had in stock in my size were ditch finders - always best to ask what they have in stock before they pull the nail out lol

Anyway all is fine now :thumbsup:
