I'm planning on going next year and just wondered who has been and where you bought tickets etc. Is general admission (Rocher) as bad as some say it is?!
I am looking at some grandstand tickets for Saturday and Rocher for the Sunday. We're going for 10 days and staying down in Nice for 6 nights. That with the cost of the cheapest grand stand tickets being over £200 it's getting quite expensive!

A lot of people seem to say book through ACM as they're the official tickets and should be cheapest, but I found all of their tickets were more expensive :s than other unofficial reseller sites.

The ACM booking system is also crap! Unless it just doesn't work very well on my mac.

I'm gonna be driving in the Z4M, taking in some autobahns and as much of the alps as I can!

Sorry, I've no advice to offer. Just wanted to say that I am immensely jealous of your trip, sounds like a fantastic way to spend 10 days.

Really hoping to get out to Spa next year in the ///M, nice little road trip.

I'll be watching this thread with interest. :driving:

My advice is unless you are on a corporate funded yacht then don't go... even if you have tickets and get there early you will find someone else sat in your seats who will not move and the ticket/stand marshalls wont want to know. It’s the worst GP to go to for a spectator as well. The best two I have been to are Circuit de Catalunya and Monza - go to either of those. I have used bookf1 recently without any problems. If I make it to the Essex meet and you are there we could chat about it further.
