Mitsubishi EVO X

My experience with Japanese cars, and I have had many, is that they do not stand up to hard charging. I really don’t think their engineering is up to BMW standards.

Not much in it though compared to the price difference!!
I am more than willing to pay the extra $10k or so for a vehicle that has all the comforts and performs as well as the //M. The reviewer was quite adamant about the Evo not being well suited for a daily driver unless you like being beat to death with the suspension. I am not 25 anymore, and enjoy the comfort and other amentities offered in a BMW as compared to the Evo (heated leather seats, convertible top, and bluetooth come to mind).

No, I didn't mean the Evo compaired to the Z4M, I meant the BMW 135i. Almost the same performance and more comfort than a Z4M at a lot cheaper price! Admittedly it doesn't look as stylish though! :)

The next-gen Z4 will sort that though, coming with the twin turbo engine for under £35K? Much more preferable to a 135, just can't get used to those looks at all.

The EVO is quicker around Daytona Speedway than a 3.0si Z4 Coupe! :P
I drove both the weekend...................

.........on Gran Turismo 5 Prologue on PS3!! :driving:  :D
