Missing Trim But What Are They Called?

I recently bought a 2003 3.0 Z4 Roadster and there seem to be exposed parts at the top of both door columns, which I guess should be covered by some sort of trim. Am I missing some trim and if so what are the bits called? how should it look and where can I get hold of the parts please?
After all, I want my new favourite toy to look all spick and span!

There should be an L-shaped rubber trim on each side which has a lip that goes around that round hardtop support hole. This is an old photo (demonstrating how to inspect the drain holes) with the trim in place. They look the same on both sides.
