Missing Bumper Fixings?

Hi,

After removing my front bumper for the first time, I was surprise to find it attached by just 4 screws (I understood there to be 7 to remove?).
So these holes must be missing something? What do I need to do to replace/fix this?

Yes it’s easy. Those three holes in your picture correspond to the three fixings at the top of the pictures of the undertray. Goodness only knows how they’ve been ripped out though, it’s quite a tough part. From memory you can buy a new one from LLL parts for about £100+ or a second hand one for around £50 depending on condition. Don’t drive without one or you risk stone damage and a mucky engine bay.

This is work for 5 minutes with car jack, nothing special and price for new parts isnt expensive and this protection undercover is important.
Also 3x screw (round holes - front parts of cover) is security for front bumper, also important.
But i think your car have had an accident, is not possible this part break it.

You need this screw:
7x Hex head screw - ST 4,8X18 SW8 - OEM 07147129161
4x body nut - (maybe you know it like rapid, schnappmutter) - ST4,8-9-ZNS3 - OEM 07129904150
4x Hex head screw - ST4,8X19-U2 SW - OEM 07119904288
3x body nut - (maybe you know it like rapid, schnappmutter) ST 4,8-4-ZNS3 - OEM 07129904224

Thank you both, I have ordered a replacement part and already taken the broken one off.

You may be right, perhaps it has had a minor bump at the front, there's no evidence of anything serious other than some broken plastic.
