Milky paint

Looking for some help with what to use on my bonnet ! the paint is sapphire black metallic and its an 06 Z4 , I have a DA and have detailed most of the car using scholl 17+ and meguiars ultra cut compound 105 with geart effect on the rest of the car:Dbut I cant get a decent finish on the bonnet :(
17+ has impoved it a little as did meguiars paint rejuvenator but it still has a milky look to it any ideas !!:? thanks

Not easy is it....

I know what you mean about it having like a "white cloud" in the laquer coat ?

i saw this with my black sapphire paintwork and never really was 100& happy whatever i did,i think its the heat off the engine that causes the effect.....

I found wetglaze 2.0 deepened the shine and made it less noticable
 
Not easy to see in this pic but yes like a white cloud on the bonnet it doesn't help that the paint on the wings is a week old

Yes i can see it....

Like i say im sure its the heat from the bonnet that causes the degradation of the paint/laquer from underneath.

I could never get rid of it,in fact i think its impossible to do so. Just make the surface as reflective as possible to mask the cloudiness..
 
You only really see it on a dull day ( so all the time ) think I will give it a go with black hole glaze and see what it looks like
