Microphone Problem ?

Hi all,

Just had the E89 delivered and have paired the wife’s phone by Bluetooth however when she makes a call she can hear the other person but they cannot hear her.

Anyone else had this ? Do you think it’s the microphone ?

I’ve searched the forum and only found issue where there was sound but poor quality. This is no sound at all.

Try using voice commands, if that works then you know the mic is fine.
You can download the owners manual as an app for directions on voice control.
