I’ve replaced the head unit with a Kenwood to get DAB which works a treat. The problem I’ve got now is how I can adjust the clock. I had to disconnect the battery and have only just worked out there isn’t a menu knob anymore. Any ideas?

Assume you have satnav and didn't replace just the basic BusinessCD head unit?
IIRC use the button on end of indicator to scroll menu in the speedo (tacho?) dial, then set time using buttons between speedo and tacho.
At least it works like that for the BusinessCD set up...
PS - why did you disconnect the battery?
