Mazda Rx8 seats.

I want to fit sports seats as the ones in my zed offer no support when going round corners in a hurry. I'd prefer M seats, but as they rarely come up for less than a billion quid I thought rx8 seats would be a cheaper alternative. I'm not fussed about electric movement or heated seats.

Has anyone got any advice on fitting? Is there anything special I need to do to get them in and working with no warning lights etc. Any guides?

Have a look at this an maybe contact John, he was at zedfest last year but not checked to see if he's going this year, but he did help someone else with rx8 seats
 
I may have a pair of half leather M sport seats which i'm sure i could sell for less than a billion quid.

I'm selling my 2005 pre facelift as i've bought my son's 2006 facelift.

I've got full leather M Sport in mine and he has half leather M Sport so I was thinking of swapping them over to leave my (for sale) car with the half/half.

To make the car lower priced and therefore more sellable i'm considering putting standard seats in and putting my winter 16's on in an effort to get as much back as possible so i'd need your seats plus cash to make it work. Are they in good condition and what sort of figure do you think is fair?

Or i might just leave the 18" referred ellipsoids on with M seats and see what happens - not decided yet.

PS the half/half are heated too. There's some scuffing on the drivers bolster which I can text/email you pics of?
