Maintenance Schedule - Oil Service Repeat

Hi Guys,
My service interval indicator is telling me that my next service is an 'Oil Service' in 11000miles.
But the most recent service in its history was an Oil Service at 50,163miles.
Is it possible that the technician reset the incorrect service? and it is actually 11,000miles until my repeat of an inspection I?

Service history:
Running-in-check - 1,163
Oil - 8,519
Ins. I - 20,618
Oil - 26,918
Ins II - 38,222
Oil - 50163
?????? - in 11,000 miles time. Oil or Ins. I.

Looks like you're due an Inspection 1 despite what the computer may say. I think I've had this happen to me where it said inspection 2 due but it was just an oil service.

Technicians often reset the counter wrong.

That was going to be my guess. I’ll request the Inspection I when the mileage is up!
