Main dealers... Good or Bad Experiences?

Anyone any views on Barons Farnborough as a main dealer?

As a possible new customer they seem very polite and helpful, which is kinda what I expect.
Just wondered if anyone here has any horror stories or words of praise for them?

Or any other recommendations nearby to try?
Say 50 mile radius of Farnborough Hants.

Andy, I've had good service from Cooper in Cobham, maybe worth trying them...?

Ive used them for a MOT, and to repalce both rear springs. all good, no complaints.
