Was it anyone off the forum who was driving an 05 plate grey pre facelift with the bonnet not shut properly, I was the one who pointed it out to you.

i left mine open all day in the rain the day ... lucky they dontpop up easilly and are the correct shape so it doesn't matter!
 
I once did this in a capri, got to about 30mph and bonnet lifted up and slammed onto wind screen, many many years ago
 
My mate has a TVR Cerbera and it has a habit of the bonnet lifting up at speeds in excess of 140mph. Not really ideal. I think it must be one of those inbuilt TVR safety features!
