M40 private plate

Hi,

I have a plate for sale thats currently on my car, it came with the car when i got it so means nothing to me but would look great on a G29. The reg is

M40 CNS

Would like to get £400 for it.

I think easiest way to transfer would be once received payment you give me your V5 number and ill transfer it over to your vehicle online.

You’ll need to put it on retention first. Can’t transfer from one car to another

I can just use this form to transfer to another vehicle

£80 fee but ill pay that...

Can video call whilst doing it online for piece of mind

Not sure that form allows you to do it online,

transfer a vehicle registration to someone else’s vehicle
if the number is being transferred to someone else’s vehicle, then both registered keepers need to complete the application.

along with the form you’ll need to include:

the registration certificate or new keeper supplement with a completed form v62 (application for a vehicle registration certificate v5c)
the £80 transfer fee

Fair one, if anyone is interested in it then ill put it on retention and do it that way then, would need a small deposit if im taking it off my car then the balance once i got the retention certificate then you can transfer it to your car...
