M4 replicas

I expect Mr. Wilks will be along shortly as he has experience with all wheels and I would want his opinion.
Plus there apparently is a significant difference in fitting wheels to a regular Zed or an M Zed.
(Maybe someone might mention what exactly is the difference besides the steering rack)

From what I've discovered ..
The offset is a little severe on the front rims.
You probably shouldn't be considering anything less than an offset of 35.

But I am no expert.
Mr. Wilks is the go to guy for advice.

As has been said before:
If it's got wheel or tits, it will give you trouble.
And wheels seems to be something every Zed owner changes.

I'd be worried about corrosion on the diamond cut areas of the alloy. I had diamond cut wheels on a corsa in my younger days and they looked terrible after one winter.

Apart from that, they're nice looking wheels.

I'm sure JWL is a Japanese cert.

Regarding offsets. 18x9.5 ET35 is perfect for the rear of a non-M Z4.

18x18.5 ET20 however is no good at all. You need something around the 35-38 mark, else it'll rub like crazy.

thanks for the info, I didn't realise they would only fit M cars and will steer clear of that finish then, back to the drawing board!

Depends as with that finish you could protect it yourself

Could either wheel wax it
Or I'd ceramic sealant it either gtechniq or cquartz
Last you 4/5 years :)

Solve any problem of corrosion
A switch my wheels I clean when new
Polish , wax then seal them :)
