M sport suspension v coilovers

Hi I have a 3.0 si on an 06 plate the coupe, my ride is harsh and bumpy but do you think my car will ride will be smooth when I fit my spax adjustable damping coilovers should be better I'm not sure.

Yes definitely. If your existing sport suspension is the originals from the factory, they'll most likely be finished by now. Mine were so bad when I compressed them by hand, they wouldn't come back up.

It'll still be a firm ride though. Don't expect S class levels of comfort, because you won't get it from an E85/6 Z4.

Bridgestone runflat rears? Worth replacing them if you’re after a better ride.
 
I would be amazed if the ride is better on coilovers than standard suspension - especially cheap ones.

Tired shocks are clearly bad and need replacing, but the ride doesn't really get worse, the body control does.

I moved from tired M Sport spec suspension to some KW V1 coilovers and it's definitely harder, but not unbearably so.
