m front bumper, from germany

found this on ebay. i know a few people are looking for one in good nic, this one is fresh

Might be just me BUT genuine front bumper, used and in primer.... what's that all about? More info needed before I would part with £200 plus of the hard earned....!
 
i guess if you're interested you would ask for some pictures from the back to check there is no damage
 
Most likely to have had minor damage (deep grazes, small crack, etc.) and been replaced under insurance claim.

Remaining bumper gets repaired by the bodyshop, primed to hide the repairs and sold on.

When I purchased my facelift front the car had been in a side impact and the armour fend was marked on the bumper. New bumper fitted and purchased mine for £40. The guys offered to spray it up any evening as a sideline business.
