///M anyone?

Hi all,

As my girls get older, I'm finding the need for two back seats and a larger boot a necessity. It's therefore with genuine regret that I'm selling the best car I've ever driven. I've had the car since Feb 2012 when it had clocked up 15,400 miles. It's never let me down.

2007 (GX56CXF) ///M in Carbon Black with 42,000 miles on the clock. It's MOTed until November. I'm not sure what are standard features on an ///M so I've listed a few:

- heated leather memory seats
- xenon headlights
- tyre pressure monitor
- wind deflector
- after market Bluetooth telephone and music streaming
- miles of smiles!

Full Service History including the 1200 running in check. It also has H&R springs on the rear.

The car is in good condition inside and out. If I was keeping it, I would be refurbing one of the alloys which has seen a little curb action but the rest are good. All four corners have Michelin Pilot Super Sports. The car has always been fed on super unleaded petrol.

Asking £14,000 but will listen to sensible offers. Anyone interested? More photos to follow....

Ian

Lovely car...

Fair glut of cheap M cars about at the moment...

Yours looking the best buy,it should fly out..

Lovely example! Having been told mine is too expensive (similar age / mileage to yours) - this seems undervalued to some degree unless you're in a hurry? All the best selling it, either way.

Thanks for your kind comments. It really will be a wrench to let it go. I should add it has piano black trim and a 6-CD changer.

Pricing is difficult, as there aren't that many for sale and those that are cover a fairly wide price range. I'll be putting it on Autotrader this weekend. That suggested a price of £15,500 but it felt a touch high to me.

14k seems to cheap for this type of miles??? its summer etc.. however sales on these have been slow this year, very sad to see them trading or being punted so low currently, at this type of price range id rather leave the thing in the garage, sorn and forget... these really seem to have taken a hit in early 2016 , z4ms in general seem to be sticking around.... roadsters even worse. the UKs shite summers and rain washouts no doubt hurt things for the roadster owners, shame when i see the boxster spyders commanding really solid cash for an equal vehicle.

£14k is very very cheap. I've been tracking prices / sales on AT for the last few week - the last 3 to sell (or removed from market - but odd for a dealer!) were:

58k miles 2006 - £15,570
20k miles 2006 - £18,990
33k miles 2007 - £22,999

There is dealer mark-up in there - but still take 2k margin out and prices don't look soft to me!

Beedub's SORN idea is a good one if the market is genuinely slow - but the suns out today, who knows :)

These sorts of cars rarely sell for what they are advertised for though, especially with private sales.
