Luggage Compartment Floor Net - Anchoring

Bit of a boring one, but here we go...

I'm interested in getting the OEM luggage net for the boot (trunk), and apparently it anchors to "standard fit eyelets" (rings) in the luggage compartment. But... there don't seem to be any in the luggage compartment in mine. There are, however, a couple of suspicious looking circular plastic blanks on the vertical face between the lower and upper parts of the boot floor, so maybe that's where these mysterious eyelets go. But... having scoured Realoem.com for a while I can't find a suitable part.

So, can anyone shed any light on this for me? Does anyone have the eyelets in their luggage compartment? Or does someone have the luggage net and has been here before?

this is going to be vague - someone has the luggage net for the boot floor but i seem to recall that they didnt have too favorable words about it - i think it was pretty small to the point of useless.

i have often though that it would be handy to have a couple of D-Rings attached to the vertical face of the boot at the back just to bungee crap down as things have a tendency to slide on occasions..............

Hasnt got much past the thought stage at the mo though

Have not got a luggage net in the Zed but have in my 3 and Jeep Wrangler (the Jeep 'net' is a BMW item originally for a 5 series). Very useful for preventing small items from rolling about and will at a push secure fairly large items including the weekly shop. The floor space of the Zed is limited so would not really see what benefit it would be.

I'm thinking; small bags of shopping containing beer bottles, football (the spherical one!), smooth-surfaced books/documents, and probably my laptop bag.

I had one of these, the two blanks you talk about on the vertical step bit have to be prised out and some alternarive anchoring points that are like double platic hooks fit in there place..... the reward points anchor with some metal clips (also included) fit into the same points as the rubber straps for the emergency triangle kit, All perts needed are included, but I only found it useful for small things for the risk of over stretching it, but it was useful and would reccomend
