Low Pass Flybys

Number 1 must only be a meter or so from the ground...crazy!

It must be amazing to experience this, earplugs definitely needed! :o

Andrew.

That last one left a mark on the grass - nuts :o

Love the one through the harbour though, brilliant

Wow, Surprised by flying THAT low some of them weren't getting some sort of ground interference/turbulence!

I've been up to Duxford on airshow days and when fast jets pass over low they fire off loads of car alarms

Mental.

Assume the pilots are all now flying cargo planes full of rubber dog s**t out of Hong Kong?! :D

Late 70's Red Arrows at Brands Hatch for the Grand Prix flying their V formation high above.

As everyone's watching them high up going to the left over Paddoch Hill bend, when enter right coming up BELOW the stand at full throttle came a single Red Arrow, dropping down below the height of the tower at the back of the pits & out the other side.

Not allowed to do that anymore... but Frak me, was awesome & those people in the Paddock Hill bend stand went everywhere ...

You do realise that these are the military aviation equivalent of drifting on public roads and speeding excessively round blind corners and over blind crests right ? Just sayin'

Loved the Buccanner aircraft, a proper low level bomber - my father's Sqn (16 Sqn) used to have some incredible stories about real low level flying.

Oh, and a famous quote by a buccaneer pilot on the request to fly past at 50 feet - "“You want me to fly at 50 feet agl? Hell! I’m not CLIMBING for ANYBODY!”"

50 feet off the deck at 600mph with a £40m aircraft strapped to your back - got to be the best job in the world
