Low Brake Dust Pads

Hi All,

I've just upgraded from an E85 to an LCI 2013 E89 20i and want to fit some low dust brake pads. I normally fit Greenstuff, but it appears EBC dont make a rear set of pads. ( Which is strange as they make a Front set ).

Does anyone have any alternatives they have used ? ( The standard BMW set leave a horrible oily coating on the rims, so theyve got to go :) )

Thanks in advance,

Gareth

If you want low dust whatever you do don't make the jump from greenstuff to yellowstuff..... I fitted yellowstuff on mine and they produce a ridiculous amount of brake dust really good at stopping the car though

Yes Yellow stuff are track pads, not low dust pads ( and annoyingly they seem to make them for the rear ! ) - Thanks for the heads up though.

Im debating trying ATE Ceramic Pads, but they reportedly 'bite' a little differently, and are not cheap. EBC must have some competition to GreenStuff ?

Thanks hopz21, but Textar also only do front axle epads !! :x ( according to Textars website :( )

Does anyone know if the 23i or 28i and the 20i share the same brake setup ? It could be they simply haven't tested them so don't list compatibility ?

Ok, after a bit more googling, it looks like they didn't change the callipers Between models ! And the EBC website doesn't list compatibility. So it looks like DP22077 for the fronts and DP22046 for the rears :D
