After having some trouble in my first few weeks of owning my zed i was getting a bit down about it all and thought maybe i had made the wrong choice in a car, to the point i actually put it up for sale. Now its all fixed up i decided to show her some love and give her a good clean, sealed the roof and spent a good while polishing up some swirling etc...so looking gorgeous i took her for a spin around an old abandoned airfield near my home. After about 15 mins a friend of mine turned up with a porsche boxster 3.2 s and my brother with his honda s2000, we decided to set up a bit of a course and have a few laps together. Safe to say it was the best fun i have had in a long time, cars filthy again but what a drive! The porsche and zed were so evenly matched its unreal and it felt great to be racing next to a porsche (im used to boy racers in astras etc). The s2000 really held its own but in the damp with no traction control it spent alot of time sideways and struggled to set a really good lap. Anyways....im in love with her again and cant wait for some sunshine. Be aware though, racing on public roads is illegal and pretty stupid, keep it to private roads and enjoy it even more.

but we have arranged another one soon so will get some then. Its hullavington airfield near chippenham wiltshire. Gotta watch for the raf police though as they come through now and again
