Looking to buy a Z4 3.0 Convertible pre face lift

Hello all,

Looking for a little advice before I bite the bullet really.

I think I have narrowed my searches down to;

Z4 Convertible
Pre-Facelift
3.0 6cyl Engine
6 spd Manual
Grey
~£6,000

As a newbie I'm looking for a little advice around different trim levels, power and optional extras really.

Could anyone tell me are all the pre facelift 3.0 l engines are all 231bhp?
What are the different trim levels for my spec? SE/ superseded by i?? Have I got that right?

Also is it just lights (head and tail) and the power of the engine which is different between pre and post facelift models?

I'd be interested to find out the answer to these questions.
With my 320cd I went for facelift because the diesel engine didn't suffer from the problem where it ingests its swirl flaps and turns into a Big Bavarian Bomb (or Ghastly German Grenande ?), so curious to see what the difference is on the Zed.

So far as I am aware, yes they are... or at least they were when they came from the factory! :thumbsup:
 
3.0I is the pre facelift (m54 engine)
3.0si is the facelift (n52 engine)

All 3.0I has the same power output (new)

si has different lights as you say obviously a different engine, bigger brakes

Se is the trim level,
Sport is the trim above se

Sport you get m// stuck on stuff sport wheel, staggered m wheels, sport suspension, sport body kit, sport seats
