Looking to buy 3.0si coupe manual

I have just fallen in love with a manual coupe at a dealers - blimey, they drive well!

I'd always rather buy from an enthusiast rather than a dealer so if anyone has a 50k miles or less car that has been cherished, I'd be interested to hear from you. I'm in Kent so ideally not located a million miles away would be great. I'm not too bothered about spec' but would like a car that doesn't need anything doing to it. I like decent history and 'genuine' cars. I'm a proper private buyer and car enthusiast.

All the best

Hi Simon, the forum has a classified section & it pays to look on there regularly to pick up on any bargains that appear
Good luck with your search :driving:

Welcome to the forum.

I first test drove one a dealer had up for sale, and knew I had to get one! But it was an SE, so didn't have the M-Sport seats, didn't seem to be a cherished example (it had 2 run-flats and 2 non-runflats) and was too dear for what it was. I ended up buying privately.

But as you say one from a Forum member is more likely to have been spoilt - here is a link to the one mentioned in the post above:- https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=103458

Good luck with your search, and don't forget the photos once you've found one!

Edit - another one has just appeared - https://z4-forum.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=41&t=103976

Seller is a newbie, but worth a look?

Thanks guys, love the PY car. Wife and daughter say it's "Disgusting' ! I like in your face cars. Any opinions about PY in the flesh?

Well I really like it - but then I like "in your face" colours too!

And I think it looks much better in the flesh than in photos - FWIW it's also pretty rare!

Quite the opposite , i love the colour & especially in E86 form , certainly on my " would like to own " list

Oh right - I'd certainly have gone for it if there had been one last time I was looking! :)
