Not heard of a Michelin Pilot Sport Pro model, but I'll assume you mean either the Pilot SuperSport, Pilot 4, or Pilot 4S?
What model is it? Is it fitted with runflats or normal tyres? Does he want ultimate grip, longevity, or typical English-weather performance?
If you're looking at similar levels of tyre perfomance, then the premium tyres that offer similar performance are:
- Goodyear F1 Supersport
- Goodyear F1 Asymmetric 5
- Bridgestone Potenza Sport
- Pirelli P-Zero PZ4
- Dunlop SportMaxx RT2
- Continental PremiumContact 6
- Continental SportContact 6
- Continental SportContact 5P
For mid-range tyres, you'd be looking at:
- Hankook Ventus S1 Evo 3
- Falken Azensis FK510
- Vredestein Ultrac Vorti+
- GT Radial SportActive 2
Of course, supply issue may restrict what's currently available in your size, but the normal places to look for tyres (and watch out for potential import/duty/admin charges if you buy from outside the UK) would be:
- Tyre-shopper
- BlackCircles
- Camskill
- MyTyres
- eTyres
- TyreLeader
- National Tyres
- Oponeo
- Asda Tyres
- LoveTyres
- ProTyre
I'm not loyal to any one particularly, so tend to go for whoever's got the best deal on at the time, and get them delivered to and fitted by my local tyre place.
