Looking For Soft Top Side Covers

Good luck. They are becoming rare and much-in-demand. I am working on the basis that if I keep mine long enough they'll be worth more than the car. :P

I work on the basis that I when I want to put the hood up / down then I can ... without faffing bout with plastic covers :rofl:
 
Love the humor guys. I"m just looking for act of God, you never know. RickRob how often do you use them? Sure you don"t want to sell me your"s for a good/fair price??
 
I have owned the Zed since April last year and only discovered them lurking in the back of the boot in June last year.

I guess I have only used them on maybe 5 occasions, and on one of them I forgot they were on when I went to close the roof. :P

At 60mph+ they do make a difference to the wind noise and do look nice.

Despite the above I'm keeping them, but good luck with your search.
 
£50.00 for two pieces of plastic! Madness.
For what these usually end up for I'd offer the guy something now!

6 pieces of plastic (look at the parts catalog) , wrapped with black leather imitation and a nice bag :lol:

Have a close look to the backside. What I can see, the "leather" is newly glued and there are notches from the cutter. So - IMHO - they are not original.
 
was thinking about sending my off to be wrapped in proper nappa leather to match the interior....
 
Side covers are the best thing I've bought for my Zed to date!

They really complete the roof down look. So much so, if I now have the roof down, the covers are always on! I find not using them annoys me, as you can see those ugly gaps!

To put price into perspective, I paid about £125-150 for mine. Worth every penny, imo.

Agreed I use mine when the roof is down all the time, it reduces wind noise too..... :thumbsup:

Mine were only £40 :fuelfire:

Agree with the above that they really do complete the look and help with wind noise! Mine came from eBay with their bag for £115 around a month ago.
 
Mine are gathering dust (and £££'s) in my garage :lol: along with many other Z4 parts. Really should have a clear out.
