Planning on running a staggered set up 19x8/19x9.5 ...any opinions or suggestions?

The first 2 image URLs are actually the same even though your text references 2 different rims.
 
Very nice rims indeed. You'll need to consider these if you go forward with them:

1). Change brake pads to a set like Axxis Deluxe that have virtually no dust.

2). Be prepared to purchase various cleaning tools as you'll be a busy boy keeping the appearances up to par.
