Looking for my 1st z4 to buy

Hi all just joined this site as I am looking to buy a Z4 3.0i auto just after xmas, so if anyone know's of a car that may suit please let me know, the spec i require will be as follows,
prefferably a 2006 on, a Si 3.0i auto with sports seats (heated), with sat nav would be ideal.
I am in the East Midlands area but will travel for the right car.

Hi there welcome to the forum. Any reason you are not looking at manual transmission? That would give you a far greater selection to choose from.

The exact model you should look for then is a 'face lift' 2006 (or newer) 3.0si Sport. E85 is the roadster, E86 the Coupe. This will give you the sports seats (heated is optional so check). As mentioned, looking for an auto will restrict your choices, and its already slim pickings out there for that particular spec.

Strangely there seem to be a good number of Si autos for sale just now but mainly coupes

thanks for the replies so far guys, looking for the auto as oposed to manual as my Wife has an illness which makes it dificult for her to drive anything other than an auto.
yes a 2006 07 or 08 Roadster would be ideal so we will have to see what turns up after Christmas when i sell her 2009 Smart For Two.

Hi Guys, I am happy to say i have at last purchased a car, It is a late 57 reg 3.0si roadster auto, it is a quick car and bags of fun so just waiting to ditch the runflats and hope for the sun now.
I would like to put the 3.0Si logo on the back if anyone has debaged there's and want to sell, I have looked on ebay but they are quite expensive, anyhow look forward to hearing from anyone with advice and info.

nice looking motor... i don't believe there ever was a 3.0si on the rear of the car... at least i have never seen one

Hi you are right but i just fancy sticking it on there, also looking to get split rim wheels refurbed if anyone knows someone in Notts/Links, or gladly take elswhere if the price is good,
