Gday guys..
Might be time to move home soon, and that's going to mean taking my z4mc with me to Sydney, Aus.
Drama is, my car is LHD, and as you know in Oz its like you guys RHD.

So I am looking for a RHD Z4M that has its steering rack, pedals, steering column, dash and a few other bits and pieces in tact.

If you come across one that has its front end in good Nick, please let me know. Slab of your fave beer if it leads to what I need.

I know you'll probably wonder why go through all the hassle. ?

It's because I have more than the purchase price invested in parts and such in my car, and don't have a few of the original parts.

The other bigger problem is that I can't afford the 50k Oz it costs to get into a base model e86m.

So that leaves me 2 options as I can't register the car LHD in Oz as it's not older than 15 years.

1. car will stay LHD, and I'll have to get a car trailer to get to and from the track.. :(

2. Make car RHD.

Or lastly option 3.. sell the car for next to nothing here and that will be probably done with any nice cars I could afford in Oz..

Quite the predicament eh?
Any info or data would be mega appreciated.

One of the guys on here has just done the complete reverse of that so he'll have all the bits you need! Do a quick search as it was last week....

This may be of interest to you, hopefully he has everything still from the RHD car.

Edit, angelus666 beat me to it.

On the basis that these seem to cost almost double in Europe what they do here in the UK, could you not buy a RHD one, swap the modified parts over, and sell the LHD one standard in Europe?

Each state has an awesome M Club crew (and trust me, M Club are the guys you will want to do events with), but from a completely selfish perspective I say some to Queensland! :P

Won't you need the exhaust manifold and don on as well?

Thought rhd cars had different ones for steering column clearance.
