Logic 7 bass speaker blown?

I think the bass speaker behind the passenger seat has blown. I it took to a dealer and they checked it and said it was fine. Well it doesn't sound fine, when I listen to anything with a little bass, it sounds all wobbly and distorted.

Is the bad sound quality normal and how do I dismantle the speaker?

Anyone replaced them with 3rd party speakers?
 
Could it be a vibration in the expanse of plastic which is otherwise known as the interior, I have a resonant buzzing noise I'm trying to track on from the passenger side speak when certain low frequencies are played. :headbang:
 
have the same with mine and guess what! the dealer said the same. But to me it sounds rubbish :thumbsdown:

Ah thanks :thumbsup:

That explains why the system sounds so much better at high volume.

I took it to a different dealer anyway a few weeks ago and they said yes, the system doesn't sound right and replaced the speaker. It now sounds a bit better but still not great.
