Afternoon all,

New member to this forum. I have just picked up my Z4M C this week. Once I finally calmed down, I started thinking of things that I didn't check when I bought it.

I can not did where the locking wheel nut is kept.

Any ideas? I have checked everywhere I can think of! I have searched the forums but can not find the answer.

Thanks in advance

Have you looked in the toolkit ? Should be tucked in next to the battery...

There's a place in the polystyrene tool holder thingy under the battery cover in the boot that holds the locking wheel nut key :)

I don't have any and don't want any. Jeez nobody pinches alloys anymore - that's just so 80s man! I have staggered 108s on a car that is so damn low it's difficult to jack up with a bloody trolley jack! Gone are the days of desirable Wolfrace slot mags that would fit every ford on the road so were the booty of choice for roaming scumbags armed with scissor jacks and wheel braces. In any case unless you put 2 lockers on every wheel the scumbags can just take the other 4 off and some yanking of the wheel produces enough lever arm to shear the last one for them. Nowadays they nick cars not alloys.

Replace with non-locking and never worry about losing the key!

Thanks for all your responses.

Embarrassingly, it was... in the ashtray.

OMG what a car...
