Location of horn relay

Ok - I'm struggling on this one - Horn not working.

I can hear the relay clicking near the fuses behind the glovebox.
Dropped the glovebox and both fuses ok. Removed the bumper and the horn works perfect on a battery. No voltage out of its supply leads. I'm therefore down to the relay or the cable to the horn being culprits.

Where exactly is the relay? Glovebox is out and kick panel off, but I can't find it...There are a couple of relays on a board in there but neither seem like the horn.

Is there a second in line fuse other than the 2 on the glovebox fuse board, perhaps engine bay side?

Freezing cold and have to go out so abandoned for this afternoon :(
 
The switch (horn button) works as it causes a click behind the fuses.
I assume that to be a relay, but could be wrong.
Just need to locate the really and find if there are other inline fuses.

Will get tis and WDS out tonight to trace circuits.
 
You probably found this by now, but just in case not, and for the record, it's K2

Yep indeed - About 30 mins ago I got home and ran up the WDS and found that exact image and also one of the wiring diagram.

I agree it's relay K2 I'm after. Having checked the wiring diagram that also confirms that the horn button is activating that relay, so I'm down to the relay or wiring to the horn as the fault.

I found board A41 which is the fuse board behind the glovebox, but how do I get to the relays? Does the panel hinge or was I missing something when I looked at it? In all my years of messing with the Zed I've never had need to find those relays and in the cold wet today I gave in a bit too easy...
 
Just by way of update I found that by unsound 2 screws at the base of the fuse board the entire board can be dropped into the footwell do easy access.

My fault was a loose connector. Pita to find but all sorted.


Amazing how vulnerable I felt with no horn. Cars cutting in. Hill starts behind rolling cars, etc....

Had the same problem, relay clicking , fuses ok. Pulled wires on horn re attached and bingo it works.
