List of parts for hyrdaulic steering conversion?

Can any kind person give me a list with part numbers of the parts needed for a hydraulic steering conversion for an M54 car?

I've found a few guides on here but none give me an accurate parts list with numbers sadly.
So far I've concluded I need to get an E46 rack, Z4M shaft and an LF20 pump, however I apparently need some pulleys, reservoirs etc but I have no idea which ones!

Can anyone give me a complete list, I would be massively grateful.

Thanks!

Just to follow up, found a thread on here with the numbers, just need someone to do it for me now!
Never got to the bottom of your steering issue then? That's a shame.

Nope, it's busted and I'm just fed up with it to be honest :(

What did ECU Testing say? No Fault Found?

Fault was found and fixed, but now I've just got some random issue that when I turn the wheel my battery voltage drops and I lose power steering and get a Christmas tree on the dash :(

Oh yeah, I forgot that bit.
Not just a cable routed wrong that is partly pulling out when you turn?

I don't think so as it was showing random flashes of warning light on the motorway for a second or two at a time. I just want to rip it all out hah!

Worries me that you may do all that and it turns out not to be anything to do with the steering.
What if it's something loose that moves and shorts out when you go round a corner or exert any lateral force on the car?

Its actually only misbehaved on a straight road and at 1mph so it's not anything moving about that I can think of. I started it today for the first time and it was fine, sigh! I'm going ahead with the conversion anyway as I have never liked the standard steering and I've got a good excuse now.

Interested in your thread, there is an excellent guide with P/Ns which you have probably found by now. I am also now in serious consideration about the conversion myself (tired of faulty EPS lights) and would like to hear feedback from others who are also preparing or have installed this conversion themselves. I have a 2004 E85 2.5i with the M54 engine so I plan use the E46 purple rack (unless I can get a Z3 2.7 rack at a sensible price) with the LF-30 pump (recommended rather than the LF-20) and possibly converting my existing Z4 intermediate shaft by re-engineering and swapping the bottom splined knuckle for one from an E46 intermediate shaft. My areas of concern (on which I would love more info.) is-

the pump pulley size and the serpentine belt size, the hydraulic piping arrangement between the reservoir, pump and rack and the connection types, and is a cooler really necessary between rack and reservoir ??

So feedback from anyone with suggestions in this area and their experiences to keep this thread running would be much appreciated.

Somewhere I have seen a thread where the person doing the conversion bypassed the fitting of a cooler, they said that only certain types of excessive driving conditions really warranted it, would like to hear other people's thoughts since it would certainly cut down the plumbing effort.
Also, would be nice to get the RHD P/Ns for the high pressure hoses for the M54 and the LF-20 pump, does anyone have them.
