LF procedure to open auto seat switch area

My auto seats have been unable to move back and forward for over a year now and since i got around to fixing the window, i thougth i would give the seat a shot aswell. WIth the switch, if wiggled in the right direction, there is movement and the switch seems very loose. I am looking for instructions to pull the plastic panel on the side of the seat off so i can see if there is something i can do to fix it myself before trying the dealer
 
IIRC it's seat out and after removing the decorative trim around the front then you can access the switch panel from inside. Held on with torx screws.

Don't quote me on that as it's a year or so since I dismantled my electric seats, but as far as I remember there are no external fixings.

(remember the airbag light will activate if you at any time have the ignition on once the harness is disconnected)
