Actually, its not a terrible business model... advertise a car, but the auctions never meet reserve, therefore dont pay auction fees. But it does put the seller in touch with a serious buyer. He may still sell it for £8152, just not through ebay.

Thats very true, not thought of it that way.. do you still pay listing fees on cars these days? I've always gone down the 28 day classifieds route

Still pay listing fees for cars, thinks is £20 or so but may go up depending on value.
