LED Number plate lights

Hi all,

Just wondered if anyone could confirm what fitment the number plate bulbs are in our Zed Ms? Also, anyone bought any decent ones recently they'd recommend?

I got about a dozen of these W5W bulbs when they were on offer a couple of months back.

I just went around and replaced all my cabin and number plate bulbs with them in the original housings.

Not had any issues or warning lights from them.

Approx quantity to cover plate and interior bulbs? Assume the M doesn't use these style of bulbs in the xenon front cluster?

2 for the number plate
3 for the centre console overheads
2 for the footwells (although mine only had 1 holder - driver's side)
1 for the glove box
1 for the centre storage compartment

So 9 in total.

I bought a dozen as I thought the bonnet would have a light (my other Ms did, but it didn't), and assumed the boot lamp was the same W5W type (it isn't - it's a 38-42mm festoon bulb which I bought separately).

something like this in the boot is worth looking into if you are changing the bulbs. Position of original light is crap where as this along the top give light over the whole boot area.
