LED HALO PROJECTOR HEADLIGHTS From USA

I'm looking at upgrading the standard headlights and found these on fleebay http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/131028316234?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2648&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

Anyone tried similar LED ones to these or any experience of buying headlights from America?

I was looking at buying these http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-Z4-E85-2003-2008-BLACK-PROJECTOR-ANGEL-EYE-HEADLIGHTS-E-MARKED-ROAD-LEGAL-/400815371352?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_3&hash=item5d52753458 and they have good reviews on the forum but those above from America should improve the lighting as well, so a better choice??
 
I'm interested in upgrading mine too as they're a bit too cloudy for my liking and I've always wanted angel eyes. If they are both the same it's a bit of a no brainer for me really:

Black - €471 excluding shipping to Ireland from UK, if they'll even deliver to here.
Chrome - €361 including shipping to Ireland from US.

I imagine the chrome would also suit my titanium silver better than the black would, but open to correction.

American = Left Hand Drive and an MOT fail probably

UK = Right Hand Drive and no MOT issues, I've got them and very pleased with Philips Ultimate Nightbreaker Bulbs

I thought these were LED projector lights instead of Halogen - Is this not the case with these?
