Leather roll bar covers

I really like the look of theses - or rather hate the look of the stock plastic covers. They are expensive though +$1,400.00. Unneccessary waste of money?

Your car is the same age as mine, and at a rough guess the leather covers will be between 10 - 15% of what your whole car is currently worth

So i would say a waste of money

I agree. They do look great, but way more then they are worth.. Thats probably why I' ve yet to see a pair installed.

All great points - I can't argue with the math....though my car is a garage queen with >5,000 miles that I take out on weekends and to car shows. Just looking to dress-up a bit further. Any suggestions?

Having a local car interior specialist make them for you could be an interesting option, for much less I'm sure.

Totally agree, I'm sure an auto trimmer could re-trim them for like $200-300. I'm assuming you will get them in black? As they only ever came in black on the //M with the extended leather option?
