You will only really know if damage has occurred to the set up if you start to see uneven tyre wear or the weird behavior from the car at speed

I must admit I was surprised it didn't pop the tyre or something as it was one heck of a clout
I really think it's time for a suspension overhaul anyway but in the mean time I'll keep my eye on the tyre wear cheers
