Leaking Headlight Washer Jet

My OS headlight washer jet is leaking really badly. Is this a new unit time? Or can the seals be fixed ?

Anyone got one spare or know the part number?

Is it leaking from the jet or the hose?

They are usually fixed by removing and reconnecting the hose where it joins the washer piston (via the wheel arch access panel) or by pulling the washer up and down several cycles (use your nails to raise the cover, then grip the piston and operate it several times through its range).

Definitely from the washer, not the hose. I'll give it a go with pumping it up and down, but it's been leaking for about 6 weeks now.
