Leaking head lights after Zenon installation

Last summer I personally installed zenon lights on my car, they work perfectly on the low beam, don't have high beam on the zenon side, but what is really nice is that for some reason the zenon ballast did not work through the regular headlight assembly 'low beam' so I had to take power from the foglights to power up the ballast, so when I turn on my lights I have the foglights go on and the parking lights, don't see any z4 on the road with that light configuration, now if I want to put on my low beams, now zenon I simply press the fog light button and presto. This car does not look the same without zenon lights at night, dealer install thousands my install 100 bucks for the zenon kit I bought on ebay. They work very well, also have them on the low and high beam on my passat, low and high on at the same time on that car, so 4 zenon aimed at the road, very bright.
Anyway now I get condensation inside my lights even though I sealded very well the hole I had to make in the headlight cover, because of the new wiring.

Any Ideas for the moisture problem.

Thank you in advance.

My guess it that the rubber lining might have torn while you were installing the lights allowing the moister to get in but I doubt it's that. When I installed mine I didn't drill a hole in the cover for the extra wires, I just kind of left them hanging down as I clamped back on the cover which.

You wash your car recently? Thinking back now the last time I had moister in a headlight it was after I had finished washing my car with some friends. Water got directly sprayed right underneath the headlight where rain water usually doesn't go in that far. The problem went away after a week or so.
