It could be the membrane inside the door that's torn or come away it can be the the cause

^^Most likely the case. Fixed my own passenger side leak couple of weeks back on my own. Have some pics and details on my personal thread in this sub-forum.

Yep, door card membrane. You'll need to take the door card off to see if is torn or come away from the door. You may see some water on the door beneath the door card.
I did mine and took the opportunity to add in the door speaker as I only had the 6 speaker setup.

Another vote for the door membrane ,had this problem.
Now sorted with a reseal of membrane.
