Launch Control on 35i

Could someone tell me if my car has this feature? 2011 E89 35i w/ M Sport Package...

If it does, how do you do it exactly?

RTFM lol... ;)

Page 58 of the owners manual (at least, the one I have). 35i or 35is. DCT required. Warm up the car to normal operating temp (I'd also suggest warming the tyres and being on a good flat dry surface). Stop the car. Press the Brake. Set Sport +. Set Manual Gear Change (Dash shows M1). Fully press the accelerator, revs increase but are limited/controlled. Your magic Flag appears. Release the brake pedal, smile, and the car takes care of the rest, changing gears itself until you chicken out or hit something.

When are you likely to use this function????

Showing off.. drag racing.. just 'because'. Though clearly its not something you can use much as there's few places you can. Plus you have to care 'not' about the cost of tyres!
