Kwikfit to fit e86 exhaust

After some advice please. I generally steer well clear of kwikfit for anything. Hiwever I need my Gravity exhaust removing and a standard used one to be fitted. Would you say this is something Kwikfit could handle without doing any damage?

It’s like anything. Yes they could. But will they is the question. Also it depends on the technician and how much pride they take in their work. That can be applied to any garage too.

Best would be go to your local and speak to them first.

From a bad experience with Kwikfit some years ago with an exhaust I would say no but that was making up a new rear end section and as [ref]Reamesy[/ref], says you cant really tell from one technician to another. If you have another exhaust place local I would speak to them first but if not then speak to Kwikfit . Any reviews on your local places ? It should be a straight forward swap with no issues as the exhaust is already made to fit .

Just found this post about exhaust help near you which may help https://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?t=1738575

Haha that’s actually my post from some years back for my mini track car. The guys in Bromley were great but a bit of a trek and the only car the exhaust will fit in is not ulez exempt to get into Bromley. Tried my local kwikfit and they will not fit anything they don’t supply. Have booked it into my local mechanic for next week.

Oh and if anyone needs to know in future. A full e86 exhaust in one piece fits in a BMW f30 330D with the rear seats down and the front seat fully reclined. Just!!

Thanks for suggestions
