Here's a pretty good thread that talks about the pros and cons of many coilover kits, and they talked about the KW Variant 3 coilovers extensively.

Condition:
They have less than 1000 miles. I put them on my car temporarily when my TCK coilvoers were being fixed by TCK. They're in great condition, have never seen rain (I don't drive my Z4M when it rains), and guaranteed to work without a problem. They have life-time warranty from KW.
Selling reason:
In all honesty, they handle very nicely when you stiffened up the settings a little, and the ride comfort is about the same as stock at the softest settings. KW's build quality is top-notch as well. I decided to go back to my TCK coilovers because the ride comfort isn't just as good as stock, the ride comfort is so much better than stock with the 400lbs/400lbs set-up. And with my 19" wheels and 235/35/19 & 265/30/19 tires, I need the ride quality to be as good as it can be given the crappy road conditions I have to deal with daily.
Price:
MSRP is $2895 plus shipping. I bought them from BPS (e46fanatics sponsor) for $2650 shipped while they were having a KW discount promotion. I'm looking to sell them for $2K locally or $2050 shipped in USA. If you pay by Paypal, there's a $60 transcation fee that Paypal charges, but I will split it with the buyer since it offers protection to both the buyer and the seller.
Please PM me if interested.
