Koni yellow shocks ! Help needed !

Hi guys, has anyone got experience with Koni yellow adjustables? Had them not long installed and wanted to adjust them. Wasn't sure what stiffness they were set up. I turned all the way and now they stuck, won't turn. Seems I set them to full hard now. They are way too stiff for road use. Had a look online, seems they bottomed out.
I'm leaving Wales for a euro trip today. Driving to Folkstone. Anyone on route that can have a look and help to adjust them? Any help appreciated!
Also anyone got experience with adjusting power steering. I don't have any faults on the scanner, but it seems too twitchy especially now that the suspension is set to full hard.
All suspension components have been replaced with lemforder or meyle HD. And running standard Michelin PS5 tyres.

Yes, I can't help with your issue, sorry.. but bumping this up. Hopefully someone can help.

You're sure you're turning them in the direction the adjuster knob shows?
You could get an adjustable spanner on them if you cannot get enough grip with the plastic adjuster.
I think Koni recommend not to run them at full adjustment (either end) and a couple of clicks back from their limit.
