knocking noise on full stearing lock

I have noticed on my 2004 2.5 SE when reversing out of my drive in an uphill direction on full stearing lock a worrying knocking sound ,vibration...Any ideas?. I have 18" wheels.
 
The easy to fix options - Could be your suspension bushes. Or could be that the bolts need a tighten on your strut braces.
 
Yes - they all do it. Not a problem and nothing to fix . Due to the steering structure and geometry. Mine does it when I reverse out the drive and drop off a 1/2" high lowered kerb lip
