Never heard of these before, but having been a "victim" of the recliner on long haul economy flights, I could sure see the use of those. Usually me standing over the person in front of me does the trick of de-reclining but the leg space on econ flights is just not acceptable to allow reclining seats.

Stick to Europe these days. Still have an itch for Hawaii though.
