Key remote, gear shift and Aircon

Hi Guys

Bought my Z4 today.

The remote control buttons doesn't work, any clue on how to fix?

The gear shift is abit hard, is that normal?

Aircon doesn't work, I guess it needs a refill.

Else it drives super

If it's an automatic, then mine has a silky smooth gearshift.
Keyfob may need charging, by driving around a bit, or on an induction toothbrush charger. Or it may need a new rechargeable battery. Or may need pairing.

Yeah, seller said if I pressed the sport button for 10 minutes, the roof would open.... Dam thing must be stuck
